@MrDataCode Yes. Its completely different from the show. I think the books are 100x better, but that's just my opinion. :)

@xLotsFanx Yes I heard that but I also hear that people think the book hits a wall at around book 4-5 and get boring from there on. Same scenarios and such, what do you think?

@MrDataCode I completely disagree. I'm on book 10 atm. It just gets more interesting. The further into the books you get, the more complex it is. But if you consistently read the books, there should be no problem. (and if you take a break between books, you might want to read a short summary of the last one. Just because some characters are in the early books, but then they reappear later, and you may not remember them. I had no problem with remembering them tho.) The books are amazing.

I don't think there will be unfortunately. No, its not like the books exactly, in many ways, its really better. Book 2 was good, but really....really difficult to get through. It was not as good as book 1. Season 2 was about 100x better than book 2.

A TV Show/Movie does not need to be, and CANNOT be a copy of the books its based off of.

@JDarach I have to disagree with you. Every single book is better in every way, compared to the show. In the show, Richard and Kahlan's love seems so fake. Zedd is as funny as he is in the book, but he's not as powerful. I really hate what they did with the Mord Sith thing. (idk if you've read all the books or not, so I won't mention what I'm talking about in this comment.) And the story for each book is just amazing. Plus, in the show, they don't explain the magic and so many other things.

@stacey1270 Of course! They're called the 'Sword of Truth' series (it might be 'The Sword of Truth' too...lol. Idk if 'The' is part of it.) The first book is called 'Wizards First Rule'. Have fun reading them!!! :D

if there isn't a season 3 i'll be sad but it's not the end of the world so people stop being so dramatic. i didn't mine that it didn't follow the books exactly because it was just more stories added to the story of Richard and kahlan. i would mind if they made a movie and didnt follow the books because the story is so great and well written . i hope there is a season 3 but can't wait till new book comes out in march 2011. so people chill out and read the new book
