Man, I saw this episode before I saw Human Weapon's, and I actually liked Human Weapon's a lot better. I felt it was more in depth and better at explaining the techinques instead of just doing them with little elaboration. AND Jason was much better at learning the Krav Maga techinques and applying them in the final battle instead of trying to use more of the MMA moves like Doug did. I got a much better KM experience from HW I guess. still though,Avavi is pretty hot :D

I love how on the final fight when Jimmy kept going down he just kept on getting up looking more and more determined not to go back down. Her insanity is actually a more intense version of a pretty common phenomenon. Women who take on "fighting" roles in the army tend to take the drill sergeant persona home with them, while guys usually leave it at the gate. Not sure why, maybe because it's so empowering

@Alican133 Kyokushin is definitely more hardcore than this. I have not seen them practising full-contact without protective gear. And neither have I seen visible marks on the "protagonists" (unlike the Kyokushin episode).
I prefer Fight Quest so much more over Human Weapon, as I really dislike the hosts. These people actually train extremely hard, while the training in Human Weapon is rather ridiculous. They also have the wrong attitude in my opinion - yeah we trained for 5 days we CAN win. Good fucking luck, friends.

@BrisbaneNerfGroup In Human Weapons, they give emphasis to techniques. They clearly explain how to execute it and how much damage it will do, and when to do it. In FQ, they only focus on how tough these two hosts are gonna be after the 5 days training. But their training is real, and they get battered and tortured; unlike in HW where the hosts are treated like VIPs a lil bit.

I love how on the final fight when Jimmy kept going down he just kept on getting up looking more and more determined not to go back down. When he fell on the 9th attacker and got up and yelled "Come on!" It was truly incredible. Not many people would probably continue getting up, and if they did even fewer people would get up and still have that fighting spirit still burning like he did. Definitely something I admire.

@TClaymore Based on her profile on the Krav Maga Federation website Avivit trained in Krav Maga for 2.5 years starting when she was 8, then turned to Judo, and only took up Krav Maga again in the army. Her insanity is actually a more intense version of a pretty common phenomenon. Women who take on "fighting" roles in the army tend to take the drill sergeant persona home with them, while guys usually leave it at the gate. Not sure why, maybe because it's so empowering

u can clearly see the difference between a soldier and an mma fighter, althou jimmie had more fighting experience, all he does is bitching but doug has been through hell before, mostly mentlally so he just takes things as they come.

@Alican133 Kyokushin is definitely more hardcore than this. I have not seen them practising full-contact without protective gear. And neither have I seen visible marks on the "protagonists" (unlike the Kyokushin episode).

I prefer Fight Quest so much more over Human Weapon, as I really dislike the hosts. These people actually train extremely hard, while the training in Human Weapon is rather ridiculous. They also have the wrong attitude in my opinion - yeah we trained for 5 days we CAN win. Good fucking luck, friends.

Yeah I guess it's a perspective of what you want. I prefer Human Weapon as one of you mentioned they're more like 'characters' so it's actually more entertaining to watch. Whereas these guys are just being thrashed around, there's nothing about anything .
There's more history and emphasis on techniques and how they are executed. I don't actually find them all that cocky either, it just seems that I would be doing 'fuck this is awesome' lol. I'm running out of characters to write, damn youtube

no critics, i don't really like human weapon, I know it isn't but for me everything looks too staged.
also those hosts are like two "characters" not really fighters. But why do you prefer human weapon?

@BrisbaneNerfGroup In Human Weapons, they give emphasis to techniques. They clearly explain how to execute it and how much damage it will do, and when to do it. In FQ, they only focus on how tough these two hosts are gonna be after the 5 days training. But their training is real, and they get battered and tortured; unlike in HW where the hosts are treated like VIPs a lil bit.
