According to WCW wrestlers Shaggy agreed to take the bump ontop of the bus. Just didnt think hed fall off of it. I didnt know that BROKE his neck. Im sure it didnt BREAK his neck because he was power bombing someone the next week during a vampiro match. I think it injured his neck.
