This has got to be one of Clark's dumbest moments of all times lol Bless him... he can't tell that there is something wrong with Lois when she's acting REALLY weird and talking like "where is this, Cat, now"... @luckyjasonfan I kind of give Clark a pass here since he was so nervous about telling Lois his secret. He was so focused and bent on revealing his secret, he wasn't thinking clearly. I think if it were any other regular moment between them, he would have paid more attention.
