@Gvieto yea...but Jimmy Lang was all natural,no steroids. Lang was an above average fighter,just like apollo creed,but cLang had much more power in his punches. Ivan Drago was a better competitor than Lang,no doubt about it. Drago was a monster,no one was supposed to be able to beat him becuz his strength and stamina was super human. but he was a steroid freak,he wasnt 100% natural. honestly if i made the movie,i would of had a bout with drago and lang after he defeated creed.
@dragonfr746 What I know about the Rocky IV was according to a supermarket tabiolds the movie was banned in the Soviet Union because of the Drago steroid storyline and you are right. Clubber Lang was modeled after Muhammad Ali according to what Mr. T told Bill O' Reilly on The O'Reilly Factor. I just wonder if Apollo's death is based on the Kid Paret-Emile Griffith fight in the early 1960s.
Hey i'm russian! And i have to say that in Soviet Union ALL americans movie was banned. So Rocky IV too, but not because of Ivan Drago steroid storyline. But because of high politics. So don't deceive yourself and others.
In 1989 (when in our contry started big changes) i've already seen Rocky IV and, for example, Commando movie. And there steel Soviet Union was alive. But not to long.
@rybr Thank you for the correction. I have heard not to believe every story that comes from the National Enquirer as the gospel. What I have heard about atheles from the former Soviet Union from American gymnasts is that Russian atheles are very honorable and good sports compared to some of us Americans who are egomanincal at times.

It is like having to bowl against the late Earl Anthony who was nicknamed The Doomsday Stroking Machine or Mark Roth who threw a pretty mean bowling shot with extreme velocity.
This track can be found on the b-side to the James Brown 7" inch single 'Living in America'... I was well chuffed when I found it!! Great track , Should have been on the soundtrack album.

I dont care what anyone says but those last five words are still some of the most chilling in cinematic history! thanks for putting this on youtube.
Wow, haven't heard this son in years. stuh1975 is correct, it was on the flip side of "Coming to America" (or was it "Burning Heart"?)
