I agree that CoB has much more skill than Lordi, but back before you and I were bron there was a thing called the 1980's when bands just like Lordi ruled the metal world. Why? Well because they had the general heavy feel to them, ear melting solos, and true melody. And yes Lordi is a metal band according to the Encyclopedia Metallum. And besides anyone who sings through a battle axe is pretty fucking metal. ;)

there are a few good American bands, but most of them are just the same old, same old. Like one band does something and all the rest run and copy cat it until you're so sickof it yu don't even want to hear the origional band anymore. like KORN, I loved Korn, but now so many people copy their style that it's just ho hum right now. So yeah, I am really excited about the feoriegn music scene!
