I have epilepsy, but I haven't had a seizure in a year in a half. In 1 year I'll be old enough to get my learners permit. Do I have to be seizure free even longer??
Thank You so much for getting back to me about the vertigo. I have had it in increasing frequency since I was born. I had to travel to see a neurologist about my spinal stenosis, I had to take the ferry, and it has made it a lot worse. They are talking about having a phys. Therapist do something to help but I dont know what that is.
I am getting no help at all for it, from my doctor.
I am seeing a neurologist. I had reduction and fusion on my neck in February. It got worse after that.

@Roseonwheels420 That's a really hard one for us to answer without knowing your personal health history. Vertigo can be caused by a number of different things. Have you ever talked with a neurologist about these symptoms? Let your family doctor know what you're feeling and he or she can help you figure out what to do next.
'you know what is going to happen' is an aura, a mini seizure before the actual fit. your doctor sounds amazing well done to him, my dads epilepsy can't go away however, his epilepsy is in two parts of his brain and they found out one part is too hard to get to from his last surgery, god bless x
@armorgames13 It is for real. Surgery does not treat every seizure disorder, but it is a treatment option for many people. Ask your neurologist about it.

@Roseonwheels420 You could always seek a second opinion if that's possible where you are. Good luck!

What causes my vertigo? Why do I shake constantly? Why do I have an aura? Why do earthquakes make me sick, before they even happen?
