I like the cleanness of the colors and the lineart. I wonder though, how you do that lineart, and weither it's possible with PSE 3 or not, cause this is... Cs3 or 4?
u use pen to outline it, then right click, stroke path, pick the brush(make sure the brush is the right size and the color u want) press enter, and enter again

could u do a tutorial for a how u draw? i would love to see it cuz i cant seem to find the tools u told me about and when i do use them they dont come out right XD
