you cant get band unless your flash douse not have stealth and if your disk is not stealth you can check your disk by downloading dvd mulleter and putting the iso in the program and it will tell you how this helped allso poeple only get band coz they had the game befor it came out so the achivments have a date on when they get it so then they look at that and kick you if it is befor the date it came out

I downloaded the game afer asking this question, I checked the ISO with Xbox 360 backupp creator, XDVDMulleter and abgx360 just to 100% make sure i dont get a bad Kreon rip and get banned. all tests pased. played the game online and co-op for more than 2 hours, Its a pretty good game lets hope i dont get banned =)
