I think i know what my next acoustic will be! Great guitar and nice playing.I have personally played this model and it was a wonderful experience.spiderjohn.
Yeah, if you are just a beginner, you have tons of potential. You might want to try simplifying the picking technique as well. Then, go back and add the necessary pieces. But, good job. I have the same guitar, and I love it! Breedlove!
Thanks! I greatly appreciate your comments, and I totally agree with number 3, that there is something different about my fingerpicking, I think I am playing a 16th note where it should be an 8th. I'm using 2 fingers and a thumb to pick.
have you ever taken lessons? that will help you, too. you have the potential to become very good.. check out my blackbird video to see the way to pick the strings.
Nice work! You show great potential. One piece of constructive criticsim: Relax the fingers of your right hand. You're plucking those strings way to hard. Aside from that, you seem to be on your way. Keep up the good work!
damn, you must have a lot more time to play the guitar than I ever had.. you've probably played it more today than I have in the last 5 years put together

The obvious solution to the dilemma alluded to below is to have a Martin AND a Breedlove.
...that was my solution anyway LOL

I have the same guitar. I regret not getting a martin instead, thats just me. Otherwise, awesome guitar tho..
Nice blackbird =)

You made a nice choice, take care of it. Martin's are wonderful, but I think mine sounds so good because it is 27 years old.
Take good care of the Breedlove, and it will sound wonderful in 25 years. :)
Thank you for your comment!

Hey. You have improved a lot since your other blackbird video.
If you dont mind, I would like to give some suggestions that I think will help you get even better..
1. Don't be so tense especially with the right hand.
2. Do some finger picking excersises even on just the open string so you can get a better feel for which finger to use on which string
3. Listen to paul's or my version for the picking pattern. You are close but slightly off. Paul picks it with 2 fingers i use 3..

I am just a beginner, and have much to learn.
