  • I picked up a Peavey T-40 Bass for 50 bucks :) Thing is a beast and I love it

Also have a Murph 1959 12 String Electric if anyone is interested let me know

  • Thanks, PEAVEY, for putting millions of artisans OUT OF WORK.

  • @TadRapidly It was gonna happen anyway. Do you honestly think that if Peavey didn't do it, nobody would?

  • @ogznog someone has to take a stand. too late now. oh well. better buy yourself some silver before the dollar goes to zero. :o)

  • I live in san jose literally 50 feet from guitar showcase

  • The T-60 changed my life. It is the greatest guitar ever made.

  • @FaceMeltersBand I agree, i have one and is the best one, i dont know why is as chip, now a days u can buy one in 500 us on Ebay

  • other than the gretsch

    the rest are firewood

  • ppl laugh at the t60 but its really did change everything, yeah its ugly in pretty kinda way(or pretty in an ugly kinda way) but they do sound good, and are very versatile and well made, a sleeper in vintage gtrs, just wait and see, since just about every gtr now is made by CNC machines the predjudice aganst the T60 for that reason will fade, like the national/airline(supro)folkstar those were for a longtime called pawnshop junk, now after jackwhite they are all of a sudden called rare vintage

  • Maybe i am missing something, but how can the Filter tron pickups have exsisted in 49? wasnt the tele the first electric guitar to be manufactured? or was it just the first solid body to be manufactured in 50? (well it would have been named broadcaster back then)

  • THIRTY TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND?

  • hahahahahahaha

  • ugugu, you guys just completely butchered this informative video. for starters, that's not a blender control....too much other annoying stuff you guys throw up there on the screen that's totally misleading and misinformed. learn your shit first, then do an informative video.

  • I agree! Not even going to finish watching, but you gotta laugh at a "PRICELESS" prototype Peavey T-60! 30 years later, and you STILL can't give those things away!

And the explanation about Gretsch binding glue "letting go over time"-everyone knows that the binding is actually deteriorating-not simply coming unglued!

  • very cool. i'd love to see more content like this!!

  • very cool!!

    JB
