Parachute isn't an attack any more. As you can see at 2:34, the parachute now comes out after his Up special and lets him float (and he can also attack after his up special now). His nair is water spilling from a fishbowl now, I believe. Not quite as good.
As for the color... its wierd, but wierd enough to be cool, IMO. I might use that color.
