@idiotfieldmouse WRONG it's a FUEL-INJECTED chevy crate motor 454HO. With horsepower comes torque in gasoline engines. Thats why I was surprised, because generally there is as much torque as power in an engine this size. However with diesel engines there is always twice as much torque as horsepower. 400 in torque give or take is awfully low for such a massive vehicle.

But damn a big gas powered V8 in that thing is just stupid. Granted, the whole vehicle itself is stupid...but still...a diesel would have been a much better engine for something like that.
