It seems you are the one speculating now. Vitali has a solid chin and you can count the number of rounds he has lost in his career almost on 1 hand, certainly no more than 2.  A motivated Lewis might very well decision him or stop him on a cut but I doubt it's a KO, more likely a hell of a fight. Even a prime Lewis could fight lazy as in the Holyfield rematch. Vitali is always busy and working in a fight. If he doesn't cut, he could also win.
