You fail. This is a bug, not a hack. This can be done with normal copy of the game with no hacking at all, as I show in my tutorial. On top of that, this level looks completely unplayable.

BiO Arena in THAW? That's hacking with a hex editor. I haven't seen anybody else do that yet, probably since it's really hard to make a playable level that contains merging. This level doesn't have anything that requires hacking. You should see what all Kid D was able to do without hacking. I think he has a CAP vid on here somewhere.

There aren't any merges in this level. Hex editing is required to merge in any CAP other than the THPS4 ones.

It is possible to build things underneath the middle of a Cruise Ship pool, but I might have to give the other part. I can't really tell from this video but I think for a few frames at 0:13 there might be 3 halfpipes stacked on top of each other, which can't be done with common glitches. Do you have any other videos of this?
