I just made this and I really enjoyed in. A few tips for when you do it
-make sure your octopus are all about the same size. the small ones got a little over done but my bigger ones were just right.
-Im from texas so Im used to a good kick in my food so next time im going to add a bit more chiles to get more of a kick.
It makes for a really nice sauce with a little bit of tangyness in it and not much spice. Its super easy. Just, like he said, don't overcook it. its easy to do.
