Mine was an 07. The back wheels are the 2-9er in the 07 and the o8 has the reversible 2-9er (not the Bi-rectional). You're gonna wanna save for a whole new back wheel asap because Eastern failed on all the back wheels in 07 and 08...

Mongoose, Redline, DK, and Haro are all shit ass bikes. Trust me I've been through all of them. You're gonna wanna spend at least $350.

My first suggestion is to get a new chain, and stay far away from The Shadow Conspiracy..

I have severe knee, back, and wrist damage because of The Shadow Conspiracy, they make terrible products.

Next, go with GoodsBMX, EmpireBMX, or Albes, for all your mailorder goods, all three companies are VERY good, and easy to deal with..

Last, that sprocket is AWFUL, if you can get your hands on an RNC sprocket, DO IT.
