Wow, to think that i would ever see this masterpiece in HD, best christmas present ever!

It was this amv that set the standard for amvs for me. Even among the glorious golden age of AMV it was the best one, it proved so damn much that you can do a great amv without fancy special effects just with very well timed editing.

Damn, an actual remastered version?! - You are awesome to put that extra time in, especially with the color matching - cuz that is a bitch of a task.

But, it's all worth it - and SO incredibly appreciated -

THIS is what an AMV should be - great pacing, great timing - well I won't get too carried away with too many "fine details" and technique (as an editor I can get into such things) - hands down this is the BEST DBZ AMV's ever made, and one of the best AMV's just period.

A true classic gem.

@cronix1 I'm not a true DBZ fan then because I think this video is far from perfect. GREAT song choice and lots of interesting effects and transitions, but there are some really odd ones too. Like 3:02, what was the purpose of that? Just using SSJ3 Goku's first attack would have worked. Some of the effects are really overwhelming too. 5:00 on is hard to watch because of the mish mash of bullshit all over the screen! SPIZZ09 had videos with no effects at all that were ultimately more effective...

Having grown up on AMVs, especially the DBZ ones, I couldn't help but smile at seeing one of my all-time favorites "upgraded" as such. Yes, the old and the new have different appeals to them both, but this is definitely a revision well worth seeing!
