I make the songs in Logic for Mac, but it doesn't really matter what you use. Everyone uses different programs. I also use Final Cut for the video, but again, there's many ways to cut video :)

And to answer addicted2music21's question. I use Logic for all the audio stuff. The synth I used mainly for this was Sylenth1, Is pretty decent but I've started using Massive a lot more now. All the beats we're just sequenced from various samples. If you'd like to know any more feel free to ask.
