@da1anddaonly1 yeah sort of, im an amateur though lol. theres still alot of stuff i dont know how to do. if youre asking if sony vegas 9 can be used to edit, then yes it can
@TheRealPanduh well lately theyve gotten alot cheaper too. you can get a 32 inch HD tv for less than $600 now. 42 inch and 50 inch tv's are more expensive, around $900 for a standard one, and $2000ish for a really good one
@TheRealPanduh hey, theyre not too expensive now, you can get them for about $200ish. sometimes a bit cheaper, sometimes a bit more, but therye around that price, usually on ebay, amazon and newegg
@CalmEdits hey, i use the wmv9 template and change a few settings around. theyre fairly standard settings, nothing special, but all wmv videos seem to look quite good on youtube
hey guys can somebody record my challenge lobbis with a hd pvr if u do that u will be invited maybe everday in a CL as VIP or CO-Host if somebody is interested just message me .... its on PS3
@xExOTTiCGAMIINGx hey, this is what the requirements say on the hauppauge website:
System Requirements * Processor Requirements (minimum): Dual core CPU 2.0GHz or faster * Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit), Windows Vista or Windows XP service pack 2 (32-bit). * Graphics with 256MB memory (or greater) * Sound card * CD-ROM drive for installing the HD PVR software
please im from brazil, so i can only buy things of max of 50 dollars by the internet, but im traveling to orlando, do you know if any graphic store or places like these, sell the hd pvr? please!!
@angelsilva54 hey. a 10 minute maximum quality (13.5mbps) recording without render is about 1.02GB. if you render the same video at the same bitrate (13.5mbps) in an editing program, then the file size will be exactly the same. if you want the file size lowered, when you render the video you have to pick a lower bitrate such as 8mbps, which would drop the file size down to about 600MB in size. if you want an even smaller file size, just render in a lower bitrate like 6mbps and stuff like that :)
@dudewalkers yeah theyre pretty good lol, alot of people are trying to buy them now. you can get them on ebay for about $260 US all up, i paid about $430 US for mine when i bought it back in december 08
@Streetfightz583 hey street. for this video i used the wmv9 format, and i chose 1280x720 to render the video. i recorded at 1280x720 so if you pick the render settings to be the same, it should be full screen and fit properly. if thats not the problem i dont know what is lol
@98jeanpaul hey, its where you put the recorded video into a program, and convert the video to your chosen format (mp4, wmv, avi) after you have finished editing or playing around with the video
@oostzaanj lol i used to use windows movie maker for my first 2 or 3 videos i uploaded. the program i use now is sony vegas pro 8c, or 9c. also adobe after effects is good aswell but its more complicated. when using these 2 programs you dont need to convert your recordings to anything because they'll import properly for you to do whatever you want with the videos. good choice on the HD PVR
I cant wait, just bought one, and looks miles better than using dazzle, which is horrible to play on through scart. Hope I have all the neccessary stuff, a vid said you only need the haupage, and the cables with it, and one extra cable which is the ps3 component cable, is that right? Hopefully my tv has the required slots, it is pretty new, like 1-2 years old
@calum769 yep the extra ps3 component cable is all the added equipment you'll need to use the hauppauge. if your tv has 1 component cables insert then thats all you will need for the tv inserts lol. i had a hava before i bought the HD PVR, the hauppauge is much better than it so you will definetly see the difference
could you play an real game with these setings please :) who cares if you do bad i dont i just want to see how good the movement is on this settings :) great video
i thought i had movement in this game lol. okay ill record a game tonight and pick a piece out and upload it with the same settings used in this video
did it get a yellow light of death? if it did you dont have to send it back to sony..on youtube theres a video showing you how to repair it yourself by buying some cheap stuff off ebay or whatever. my friend did it and his works just like normal. dont go for 360, theres no future in that now
hey Nivdia. i rendered with sony vegas pro 8c. recorded with M2TS format with hardware acceleration ON, then put in sony vegas and 0.000 sharpen, then render in WMV with the normal type settings, nothing special. 720 too
ahh jezza i wish i had an hdpvr.... like half an hour ago (i think u were still online) i got 62-2 with the barret 50 cal.... i might get one for my bday
