  • The connector at the bottom of my meter broke loose with very little pressure. I opened up the meter to see if I could fix it. The trace had peeled away from the pcb, so I couldn't resolder it. I just went to the maxpeak website, and emailed them to ask how to get it repaired, and what's the cost of repair. I am waiting on a reply. The original connection is incredibly weak. Be very, very careful with your meter if you own one. Wish I'd bought a Birdog instead.

  • Its Birdog not Bird Dog but I do agree that the Birdog offers a way better hands free option.

  • I own the MaxPeak. This design of this meter prevents hands-free use, unlike the Bird Dog. The Bird Dog display is visible to the user when hanging around the neck, leaving both hands free. The Bird Dog display is also easy to view from many other positions while working on a ladder or roof. Viewing of the MaxPeak display requires one hand being used to hold the meter, making it more difficult to use in almost any situation, whether on the ground, or on a ladder or roof.

  • queria compra um aparelho desse no brasil

  • onde posso compra esse aparelho no brasil...

  • Does anyone have this meter? I have heard that they don't hold up, is this true?
