  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my auntie got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • What if you're NOT eating sodium & you still get puffy with raw? What if you're high fruit?

  • i love your videos i'm a fan! i am transitioning into a vegetarian lifestyle and later to vegan(slow and steady right!). I came across your videos and they are AMAZING! so inciteful. I come from a big meat eating family among other horrible foods lol and switching over to meatless, dairy-less, etc is quite the willpower for me! i find it's been so easy for me especially with inspiring people like you on youtube to be able to fallback on with much needed info.   • On a preious video about coconut kefir/ coconut yougurt...you mentioned using probiotic supplements....what brand do you use? I have found that starters are expensive. Also, can you ferment veggies with probiotics? And, can you make nut/seed yogurt with probiotics?

  • I have a question for anyone who might know..I have been eating about if not a whole seedless watermelon for the past 3 weeks. I just can't seem to get enough!...Is it alright to eat that much watermelon a day?...I don't want to gain weight either!...:o)

  • @pooellaa I think that the important thing is to eat it for breackfast on empty stomach, otherwise it could cause some diarea reaction because of the too much water in it. One entire watermelon seems to me too much but it's a question of taste I guess. My husband eats one yellow melon at day all by himself and nothing bad seems to happen after that:):)

  • i just started using seaweed (slightly dried) in salads .. very delicious salty with a lil crunch ..YUM

  • I never use salt and if I get something from a restaurant or someone makes me food

    It tastes really salty to me.

    I use celery in salads for natural sodium.
