I noticed most of the planes straightened out right at the last moment. Do they accomplish that by powering one engine over another?

More likely you have a deft correction using the rudder.

dont get me wrong pilots have a real cool and hard job but these planes virtually land themselves with guidence systems thats why there pretty much all on the same angle on landing

Not under these conditions buddy. There is the ILS which shows the pilot the gliding angle and direction to reach the tarmac. A plane has to flare to get the rear wheels on the runway first., that's why it's the same angle - all pilots take classes under FAA that instruct the same thing.

The angle of attack may be the same but they DO have to land the things. You should fly some more.

Yeah, theoretically it should land itself if programed, however what if there's a plane on the strip un-authorized? what if a sudden crosswind hits? what if you hear some noise when the landing gear comes down? many things can go wrong that a computer cannot notice.
