You probably only think you miss it. It was very unbalanced. As a rogue in Vanilla, I can say that that warriors and rogues were by far the best, most overpowered classes. It took very long to hit level 60. I think it took me 9 days, on my first and only character. TBC is what you should miss. That was WoW at it's height.

I can assure you that I had a life. I had excellent "grades". I was thirteen so it was not serious school but still. Competed in tennis and had a girl friend. So yes, I had a life.

Here is some facts, a guy (girl?) named Joanna hit level 60 in 4 days 20 hours. It is easily possible to do it in twice that time. If you just are organized.

I find it sad that the skill cap for WoW has diminished alongside the updates and expansions. Now there isn't much difference between a good player and a very good one; we basically have too many "best players" around. I think Maydie and all those great guys wouldn't be so famous if they played nowadays, that is horrible :(

Maydie was the first warrior in the world to gain rank 14. That doesn't make him the best warrior in the world at that time. To get to rank 14 took a lot of diffrent things, 1 being dedication and 1 being skill.

He was for sure a good warrior, if he was the best warrior at that time is something you will never know.
