@Insaniteh0110 Definitely. It took what was good about the first game and added something new to it, rather than changing it completely to try and make it "mainstream". Don't get me wrong, Conviction isn't a terrible game but it's not a Splinter Cell game, it just feels like it falls into the Bourne Identity cliché of the lone agent being hunted by a government agency and fighting a conspiracy. I especially don't like how they treated Grim's character.

to be honest, i can finish this quest with 100% stealth and in any kind of difficulty within 11 or 12 minutes. if i had a premium you tube account, i wouldve uploaded mine. we have different ways though. i didnt went to area with lasers, i infiltrate through the ceiling fan. And i went from one place to another, not like you did(you go here and there then go back here). sorry for my bad english ^_^
@Bellocks1 yo man can u help me...i did everything the walkthrough said and completed everything perfect...(in Cargo ship)...but when i reach the extration point...It doesnt give me the option to extract...do i have to press anything on my keyboard to extract? because i did everything perectly ...and it wont let me extract.

this should be one of the easiest mission of chaos theory other than lighthouse. i made it 100% stealth at first try. and in my 2nd account/profile i still made it 100% without interrupting or taking the guards attentions so i got no suspicions at all. now, beat that!

what the ....??? I didn't kill any enemy, I just took them away from their computers and knocked 'em down, but at the end of the mission it says "Killed Enemies" - 7...
How can you use the computers if there are sitting those stupid guards?

What gets me about this game is the people in this world obviously do not believe in spending a whole lot on lightbulbs. I mean WTF? They got guards all over the place, but one freakin lightbulb. What`s the point of having all these gaurds if they can`t see sh*t?
lol the picklocking part and the keypad part have really advanced graphics lol. also great game one of my favs, and its a shame they have taken out the picklocking in conviction i loved that part people chasing and looking for you and you have like 5 seconds to pick lock the door and you get an addreniline rush, they took it out of conviction :( still gonna be great though

Good stealth, but this game is not very realistic. Somebody walking that close to you, even in the dark you would still see them, you eyes do adapt haha ! Try the demo on xbox live for the new splinter cell, alot more realistic.
why does it say that i triped a wire inside the vault at the end of the level and a bunch of guys run in. the first time i beat it, this didn't happen, but now whenever i do it a alarm goes off.
When you initially open the vault, the EMP disables the lasers in the entrance - but if you're too slow inside the vault they reactivate. Before you exit the vault, check the entrance for a laser beam and disable it with your pistol if it's activated.
apart from leaving the doors open and the guard in the office noticing the broken light, you did every thing right, 90%

i played this game on a pc. one thing i noticed, the lock-picking and exploring files in a pc are much faster to do in consoles than in a pc platform.

why does it say that i triped a wire inside the vault at the end of the level and a bunch of guys run in. the first time i beat it, this didn't happen, but now whenever i do it a alarm goes off.

Use your tech goggles. There are two sensors, one on each side on the vault entrance.

When you initially open the vault, the EMP disables the lasers in the entrance - but if you're too slow inside the vault they reactivate. Before you exit the vault, check the entrance for a laser beam and disable it with your pistol if it's activated.

That's called a split jump. Face a wall and doubletap jump. You can put both of your legs out to hold yourself up against each wall in the hallway.

While running, hold crouch and you'll do a roll. Usually I just OCP that last laser though.
