  • how is the midline of your body supposed to feel? what is the range of feelings associated w/ the midline? For instance, if you have an empty hollow week feeling in you upper chest (you have bronchitis) .& your midline is feeling very hot, then you move it up toward the throat are and is there is a difference, but what makes that desireable?

    You can get a basic understanding from a book "Instant Pain Elimination" by Kam Yuen. It is best to take a class from me or another certified instructor.

    my midline feels hot and wiry, espeically in my head it feels like an electricity rod. Not comfortable. My shoulders and the outsides of my body actually feel much more relaxed and comfortable - what does this mean and what to do?

    Actually, you are on the right track. The midline is where you will feel strong energy. Some people have a discomfort connecting to the source of strong energy. In your situation, I would need to make some energetic adjustments to have you become comfortable with you midline.

    In class, I instruct attendees with further exercises so they understand the midline better. I don't have any videos of those exercises yet. I will try to produce as much free content as possible. You are welcome to check out the youtube videos on my channel and visit my website for additional tips.

    I also recommend you taking a class from me or another qualified instructor.
