I go to the butcher and I can get the bones for free. the butcher said that the only people that ask for the bones are the people with dogs. I was laughing to myself thinking that even dogs have a better diet then western man.
Of course all these high energy meats are soft and we can eat them - before cooking eating muscle meat might have been too much work - maybe why today in some societies the guest is offered the eyes
