Orange have been removing Live from their handsets for a while. It was because they planned to come up with their own IM solution that would charge per message!

I think they have now abbandoned that idea.

you have no limits, you can even crack the programs, unlike on iphone you are not under controll and u dont have to pay for a thing!

It is resistive, so you CAN use it with you nales or gloves... Thats why you can use a stylus with a Touch HD.

Orange have their own (paid for) instant messaging offering so they remove WLM from the ROM. You can now download WLM though from MS.

Windows mobile phones are way out of date now. Yes nice phone hardware wise but my Touch Dual runs excatly the same OS it just gets boring. Plus Windows Mobile is hardly completely touch friendly yes HTC have put in there apps to make it better for using it without the stylus but it doesnt come close to other touch screen phones. Microsoft need to get off there asses and make a better OS! I miss the days of when windows mobile used to be way ahead of everything else :(

1.Yes u can have Full Facebook on the phone (not mobile phone) as far as i know all the websites shows up like on computer screen and have the same interface.

2.Yes u can text with ur finger but bit hard to use with one hand due to its size

yea and from what I have seen/ heard, and from expierence, the storm, is not very impressive, the keyboard for texting, if you try to text faster than it can magnify the keys you hit, they will freeze, and then have to wait till it finally fixes to continue texting. and you have to double click each key outside of the texting for it to respond, so this is much better than the Blackberry Storm, not impressed with it, coming from someone who has and loves the Blackberry Curve

Calibration and screen setup occurs on first boot. Once that's done...

As for the background colour / wallpaper, can be customised within Photo Album.

stolen iphone design? Huh? don't think iphone invented the touch phone form factor + that doesn't really look exactly like the iphone just shares the form factor, it has more function buttons on the outside, larger higher res screen etc nicer finish in my opinion.

All full touch phones share a similar form factors, like slider phones and flip phones, candybar phones. its just a form factor no stealing went on here.
