Being a victim of bullying does not make you emo. In fact, a lot of emos ARE THE BULLIES. Then again, she also had a conflicting mental issue where she would go unconscious and lose control of her emotions once she felt them. I felt so bad, but didn't really regret anything, cause I have a mental issue where I'm constantly thinking at high levels and have anxious tendencies.

@7dayspking nah, not bipolar. Aspergers and anxiety... but anyways, that's besides the point. No, this person was definitely scene by the way you describe it. She wore bright colors and had her hair dyed blond and wore lots of make up. Behavior wise, she would lie and whine and accuse a lot. She often abused others by not tolerating disagreement, use her disability as an excuse for it and be proud of it. This didn't happen in HS or college though. It was a rehab workshop.

@7dayspking Well, for some maybe, but not all of us. More like between figurative and literal. Us aspies are about as unique, diverse and different as the rest of the community. We're just oddballs, is all. We generally have trouble expressing our feelings, but are capable of strong feeling (in fact we are prone to emotional meltdowns). And yeah, they are. I didn't realize it at first, but the powerful and wise names in the community helped me realize it (police, psychologists, etc.)

@7dayspking Well, some might be, but it would be really uncommon because aspies hate liars and most will very, very rarely forgive someone for lying to them. We have the potential for verbal abuse, but that is about it. We don't need to control others to feel contentment in ourselves. Yes, we are very emotional, we just really have a hard time communicating it outside of our emotional meltdowns. We can put an emotional mask on to describe how we are feeling, though.

She wore bright colors and had her hair dyed blond and wore lots of make up. Behavior wise, she would lie and whine and accuse a lot. She often abused others by not tolerating disagreement, use her disability as an excuse for it and be proud of it. This didn't happen in HS or college though. It was a rehab workshop.

We're just oddballs, is all. We generally have trouble expressing our feelings, but are capable of strong feeling (in fact we are prone to emotional meltdowns). And yeah, they are. I didn't realize it at first, but the powerful and wise names in the community helped me realize it (police, psychologists, etc.)

We have the potential for verbal abuse, but that is about it. We don't need to control others to feel contentment in ourselves. This guy, Jake, was having an emotional breakdown and deserved the attention he needed(from the info im seeing) unlike all these other fake emos who act emo for the attention have an excuse for being emo.
