How do you create mods

Use Source Sdk's Hammer tool to create maps and such. I would recommend Softimage XSI for unique modeling. Then after your done and proud of your mod. You can upload it for others. :)

the combine soldiers ARE humans, they were modified genetically and mechanically by the combine, which is a conglomerate of alien races. The only races of the combine seen in half life 2 are either synths, meaning they were other aliens enslaved similarly to the humans, or the advisors, which oversee combine military operations.

Atmoshpere looks (sound and graphics) look like Stalker (the original from 2006) which was the best and most atmospheric shooter since Half Life 2 (besides some minor bugs which are now gone since 7 or 8 patches were released). So i am looking forward to hear from your mod, you guys rock... or at least your vid says you will. Hope you can keep atmo and gameplay cool the whole time it takes to play that game :-) did you team play stalker for inspiration?
