@ibanez2damaxx the Marines have a program called MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program). it teaches strikes that are not used in regular civilian martial arts this is grapple technique..you probably use this in a situation where its closed quarters
@chelsea4life11 so have I but depending on haw far into the training you go you figure out that krav trains you for you natural reaction and adds on to it MCMAP teaches you certain things that you use in certain situations but with krav if you have one that u dont know what to do with you can improvise and idk if u have had a situation that u needed to use it but in the heat of the moment 97% of what you do comes flying out of ur ass,its mostly improvising with a little of what you where taught

Idk about Marines, but over here in Fort Campbell, the only people allowed to say "Hooah!" (Fort Campbell being Army) are the Active military, national guard, Reserve, ROTC, and JROTC units.

This is not Jiu Jitsu. This is MCMAP, and it has different techniques from many styles put into it. I am not defending it, but it isn't designed for perfection because in most fights there won't be a perfect form. He got the job done, which is "taking out" the enemy. Idk about Marines, but over here in Fort Campbell, the only people allowed to say "Hooah!" (Fort Campbell being Army) are the Active military, national guard, Reserve, ROTC, and JROTC units.

When i was in the CORPS back in 1988, i was with s-1 admin with the wing to top it off, and we had paperclips fights or who can type faster lol sacrasm!!!!

This is not Jiu Jitsu. This is MCMAP, and it has different techniques from many styles put into it. I am not defending it, but it isn't designed for perfection because in most fights there won't be a perfect form. He got the job done, which is "taking out" the enemy. I agree with you 100% though, the form could be better. Errrr.
