@Magani79 Wow... You ACTUALLY think you're better than Alexi... I thought you were kidding at first. My point in all of this though is that you don't need to be technically "the best" to sound good. No individual player is "the best", and there are lots of guys who play what they play VERY well. (There's this guy named Angus Young...) Saying "Wow, he sucks because I can learn his stuff!" just makes you sound silly.

That said, I still do love the new COB, but it's really dumbed down and I know the band as a whole can do way better.

I´m sad about telling this but its true....alexi doesnt plays the guitar in this video...its playback....look closely at his fingers at 1:49 , first alexi plays the accord and then he takes his fingers away from the fretboard but you can hear the same accord :(

@Fetteklumpe it isn't playback, that is easily achieved if you have the right set up, he does take is fingers away from the fret board and there is a slight dip in that accord before he hits the next accord if you listen carefully, its also hard to hear because of the backing track

@Fetteklumpe also if you notice his picking hand at that part, after he does the first accord he does an up-sweep from the bottom string to finish with the 2nd accord while letting the previous accords notes ring till he kills them by playing the 2nd accord, if you play guitar you can experiment by learning this song, or by playing a power chord or accord, but try lifting your fingers off gently, if you do it right, the chord or power chord shouldn't cut out or stop
