A thing is sure! A question still on my mind... To make a record, it takes a master made from the original lacquer disc in order to get a regular turntable playable record. This seems to had been made by applicating some bodyshop polyester resin or epoxy (as said by ahd1Alkhaz) on a side of a regular vinyl 45RPM record and then harden it until peel the "molded" replication. But, in this case, the record should not be playable because is like a "mold" the groove is outside the surface instead in!
блин написано ж клей пва и эпоксидка - дорожки сами по себе нарезаются - свойства эластичности у клея ПВА, а эпоксидка использовалась чтобы закрепить дорожки на самодельном блине. Интересный трюк, но отдирать надо осторожней - шумы как будто ты обработал пласт с песком качеством FAIR

@Stavr071 Больше половины тюбика. Пластинка целиком состоит из эпоксидки.

Намазал на пластинку 1 мм слой клея ПВА,
через сутки содрал-получился негатив.
На ПВА негатив намазал толстый слой эпоксидного клея.
После высыхания отодрал негатив (отдиралось плохо - отсюда и шум).
Получилась эпоксидная копия.
