@Cchrisbud813 Yes, it doesn't stay there forever it lasts a few years. While, other planet's like Saturn last about 28 odd years and Jupiter's storm lasts hundreds of years. As far as appearing and disappearing 10 minutes later, I highly doubt that. Every storm has it's interval of time and these storms tend to converge around that interval...so if it's 28 years long, it's not going to be 1 year long.
