Congratulations! I also in the past 24 weeks have lost 70 lbs. I am 6'5" and was 282 lbs. That was 70 lbs of weight gain [4 pounds a year for 15 years]. So i am 47 now and weigh what i weighed @ 30. I had never dieted before in my life. I used Dukan Diet as 1st ever diet. Sweetie loves the new me, but things she is sleeping with a stranger. Anyhow congrats from both Sweetie & Me.

Congrats. I too need to lose weight. A while ago I walked around our supermarket carrying 2 ten pound bags of potatoes. After 3 minutes my arms were on fire and I was huffing and puffing, yet daily I walk around with 50 extra pounds and don't even think twice. My goal is also 32/32. Because I am a pack rat I have 32/32 pants in the closet that have not seen daylight for 25 years.

Congratulations Paul! Me and you have about the same results. During my high school years my peak was 225. After my senior year my weight started dropping dramatically and the lowest I got was around 165. Over the last couple of years I've only put on about 10 lbs, but it fluctuates from time to time. I'm glad I've kept it off, and I rarely have any of the stomach problems I was suffering from in high school.
