Upon reviewing it, I think the passenger might have been a woman who got stunned/hurt upon impact and is having trouble standing up (who wouldn't have?) and the motorcycle driver gets up and just takes off from the accident scene and pursuing police. What an idiot; driving the wrong way on a One Way!

So after the collision the guy in the car on the right ran away because he was scared, not because he was a thug, do you agree?
