  • I'd tapp that ass , pretty face , nice hair , toned sexy body

  • I LOVE Teresa's shape! It is not anorexic! She has the long torso/short leg body type...so she can achieve the 18" waist (which she actually said on the video that it is 24") Her workout has given me tons of energy (no, I didn't change anything else!) and I look forward to doing it! (I have always HATED exercise!) That in itself is enough...on top of that I lost 5.5" already in just one week of doing the 15 min workout (that I don't make it all the way through!)

  • I love this workout. I have been t-tapping for almost half my life, I have 4 children, and it is the only workout that works for me and my body type. It cures my back/knee pain, and strengthens my core to help me through the day. I give thanks for teresa everyday because if it wasnt for her I know my health would not be good. LOVE THESE VIDEOS

  • No its not all cardio. Deep muscle activation. Loose inches fast

  • the whole thing is cardio i think

  • Her shape is to die for!! I know what I want for my birthday! Is cardio apart of T-Tapp? ^.^

  • @QueenSemiramis Looks like she starves herself.

  • @MagUalghairg1916

Search for "proana" (pro-anorexic) videos on YT, and you will change your mind!

    Be prepared...

  • @MagUalghairg1916 UHH no she does not starve herself. Teresa's workout is eat and cheat and no diets! ever! The woman loves to eat. I talk to her staff frequently and have spoken to her myself. No starving for her. Her workout keeps her lean and her ways of knowing how to eat right and enjoy the goodies also. The woman can eat a bag of of M&Ms lol!

  • @4kats All one has to do is look at her and one can tell that she's malnourished. A woman's body shouldn't look like a twig. I would say the same thing to the marority of female bodybuilders too. They're malnourished as well.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 sorry but i have been doing t-tapp for many yrs now. 11 yrs at that and Teresa is not a fan of starvation or malnutrition. these video's are older when she used to do all her training. that is how good the workout was. she used to loose too much weight. Now she has many t-tapp trainers and looks curvier. Just go to t-tapp.com.

  • @4kats I looked at the website and videos of the exercises. The stuff she's promoting is like a relic from the 80s, when women were afraid of putting on muscle and were in a constant catabolic state of breakdown and eating disorders were the norm. Weight loss is not indicative of a good exercise program. They go from fat beat-up people to skinny beat-up people.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 If it was what you think it is i would of dropped out of this type of workout and her eating program in 5 minutes! I am not a skinny chick or an anorexic one either. I am very curvy. If Teresa had the type of workout you think she does I would not be succeeding at keeping myself in top shape at all. I do not advocate too skinny nor anorexic type of workouts and t-tapp is not about that. I would know I own almost all video's

  • @4kats I'm sure that when you incorporated this exercise program into your lifestyle, that there were other lifestyle changes made at the same time. There's no way to say what factors are at play in your "feeling better." The simple truth is that what's shown on the video is not the stuff that gets people strong and fit. It might get them off the couch for a few hours a week, and that very well could lead to improvement.

  • @MagUalghairg1916 Uh no i been off the couch since my 20's. The workout just helps the body to help itself. Lets just agree to disagree. Since i been doing this system for 11 yrs I know a lot about it and Teresa Tapp.
