  • I taught myself the drums by listening to this album, great production and great lyrics, all round great

  • A few boneheads in this video. Come on lets be serious. Forget the audience..David did...He ploughed into the Exit SLAB Sound of SUCK!

  • their live shows sound exactly like their CDs. they need better producers for their CDs.

  • Suck is from Seamonsters produced by Steve Albini...Duh! Maybe you've heard of him...

  • @MatDurrance ha owned

  • @MatDurrance lol too right

  • You really are a mug. That production is absolutely intentional, I'd stick to Muse if I were you.

  • @billjesusgates the opposite, their production is perfect because its so real to life. Albini is a god.

  • @billjesusgates Sometimes you just can't express all your feelings (mostly frustration and sadness in The Wedding Present's songs) by lyrics and then there is noise that tells more than a 1000 words can tell. If they wanted a smooth, polished album, they could have done it too. But production is not all about sounding smooth and polished.

  • @billjesusgates Maybe they've very good live performances dont you think?

  • I can feel the kick drum, this is sweet!

  • I'll see them in SF in September. There is no better live band.

  • So true...

  • Ooh I'm really angry I missed them.

  • Only two o's in your ooh? That's not nearly angry enough for The Wedding Present!

  • YES!!!

I'm going to try and hit 4-5 of the US shows this fall!

  • Well, you're in for a treat my friend!
