  • David, great to see housing associations looking at new media - really surprised to come across this video on YouTube!! For me the biggest barrier is providing people with access to quality IT equipment and providing them with the training to go with it. We should be encouraging tenants to use the facilities provided by Councils - after all they are their customers too! Regards Greg - Comms Manager, United Welsh HA.
