the sky camera was probably fitted with a directional mic- the cone of sound is quite narrow (30 degrees) whereas the BBC was probably a multi directional mic. The footage was broadcast live so it would be next to impossible to dub sound 'on the fly'. Hope this clarifies the matter.

Dude be careful what you say, not all Tibetans are exactly anti-china, in reality its all Dalai Lama's religious leader that brought up some minority of his followers, but the Tibetan people in general are peaceful and very much appreciate the help of the Chinese to rebuild their autonomous region. They love each other.
