The only High Res photos the public gets are of martian deserts.
Imagine an alien race sending a probe to planet earth in search of water and other signs of life. They land in the Sahara desert and find no water, only sand. So they conclude that earth is not inhabitable and report their findings to their people. But the good news is they captured amazing High Res photos of huge desert sand storms to show their public. They receive grants for the next Earth probe, this time in search of oxygen.
I have done astrophotograhpy for more than 25 years from Konica 3200 to Black and White to digital imaging, and this is not a pixel problem nor a cosmic strike, it is real and it is on the surface of Mars, I already compared it to some other rocks or ice formations near the poles of mars, and they have the same pixels, color. We need another satellite with better resolution or schedule another satellite pass by to the same region.
I think its not a containment or something which is man made or made by any intelligence form. I have seen this at the same coordinates, but if you drag the yellow man near to it and see the street view, you dont see any height for that object , its just flat.
That's NOTHING. It's an OFF pixel, you can even see the edges of the pixel. The reason it looks white? Well, on re-imaging, a lost pixel is replaced by a color prediction on what the software thinks the color shoulb be.. the 'building' is surrounded by white shades,.. this is nothing, and later when they post a fixed image of this we'll have people go "OMG OMG THEY REALIZED WE KNEW ABOUT THIS AND DISMANTLED THE SECRET STATION"
It looks just like the new state of the art Rest Stop like the one on I-4 just outside of Orlando. If it is I am excited! The new vending machines in it are the ones that actually accept credit and debit cards so you don't have to go looking under your seat for spare change. Also, they will probably carry a Starbucks coffee vending machine, hmmmm!

I just looked at it for myself its pretty cool. Looks sort of like a mouse pointer.
