I do, and I've written fugues in major keys, but minor is the richer key and I derive more pleasure from writing in it. In short, whatever I feel the piece or occasion calls for (minor or major), I'll write in it accordingly.
Yes, but rarely. I wrote a piece for two violas and piano in 3/4 time...but the file got erased, along with a string quartett movement in 3/8 and a violin harpsichord sonata in unequal time.
Lately, I've been writting in common time, 2/4 and 4/8.

I'm just curious; do you use any unequal time signatures like 3/4 or even something like 12/8?
