Xion100z, many thanks :-) and Yes its a little bit thinner...I love both guitars, for me the SRV sounds better in the chords and the JM in the solo, its my opinion :-)

Comparing the two videos i'd say the Texas Specials are quite "darker", a little bit more aggressive maybe while these Big Dippers are quite clear and smooth...both sound great i think. Picking up a JM strat ASAP :P

Xion100z , many thanks for your opinion and I agree with you :-) for playing I prefer the neck of the JM strat and actually I Installed also texas specials in the JM strat and for me that sounds a little bit warmer.
