@HugoCro1 haha definitely man. Ive been riding clipless pedals on my trailbike for the last couple years, during which I also took that same bike downhilling, freeriding, and dirt jumping... I definitely am loving the level of control I have, and wouldn't be nearly as fast, up OR down, without them.

ok so i've been practicing clipping in and out on the street for a while now but today first time on the trail and a climbing trail and boy did i fall 6 or 7 times on the climbs..it's a love hate relationship with these clipless pedals.
it's a bit silly riding in a challenging environment with clipless pedals when you have never used them if that's what was happening here. Practice somewhere simple.

clipless is fun to use on a mtb. i have had a pair for about a year and it makes a big difference

Ever ride with clipless? It's like learning how to ride again when all of a sudden you can't get your feet off the pedals when you need em most.
