  • @Drphalgun19 Your not giving me much to go by...if you want the bike find someone in your area that is into British bikes and have them look it over or go onto the web and look at different forums for these bikes you can pick up a lot of info. Some bikes are worth restoring others are best parted out.

  • I have one exactly like it too. The bike runs perfectly and is unrestored, I was going to sell it this spring because it just sits in the garage but your post is causing me to have second thoughts.

  • WHY DID I SELL THIS BIKE? I must have benn out of my mind,it was beautiful!

  • that's ticking over way to fast and your tappets sound very loose, other than that its a joy to see a '73 tr7v :)

  • It wasn't idling, thats me reving it the motor was cold, idle warm about 800rpm any lower it would stall tappets are set to factory specs, but thanks,I no longer have the bike and miss it.

  • Ive got a 1973 just like that one except its missing the turn signals and has different (louder) mufflers on it. We recently had the engine rebuilt but its in dire need of some cosmetic TLC. Its a fantastic bike though, a blast to ride and the sound of the vertical twin sounds like nothing else. Even in its rather dilapidated state its still a header turner.

  • For sale? How much?

Exact bike I'm looking to buy this fall.

  • Sorry already sold on ebay video placed on you tube so potential buyers could view it.
