Blacks need to wake up. Slave masters taught us "bigger" was somehow "healthy." Now all the rest of the civilized world knows better. Everyone but us.

Black folks lead in heart attacks, diabetes, strokes, and other obesity-related illnesses and deaths, yet all we can talk about is how it "looks" or how we "carry it."

Obesity is a probelm in the US. The majority of the USA is white. Instead of only singling out black people, how about making this weight loss video for EVERY race. My grandfather recently had open heart surgery when I mad this in 09 and was told he needed to lose weight to better his health and he was over 300 pounnds. As of October 31 2010 MY GRANDFATHER IS DIED NOW after two heart attacks.
