They are Dennis Caplinger (banjo) and John Moore (guitar). 2/3rds of the band Bluegrass Etc. that usually includes Bill Bryson on bass. I think this video was made before Bill joined them. They typiclaly play on the west coast but travel all over the country. Find the video of John playing nine lb hammer on youtube for some more amazing pickin'.
