stick with paying the extra money for a proper cyclone ball, less risk.. lol.. you also need to learn to grip the rope properly, wrapping it around your hand is not a good idea..
@narcissus79 I'm sorry, but wrapping it around your hand is the correct way. Do not correct someone if you don't get your facts straight. You want proof?
@SAMDUSTINBILLY believe that drivel if you like, fact is if you can't grip the rope safely in your hands without wrapping it around, don't perform the movement.
The shoe string is still intact. The net actually tore from the contact point of the medicine ball and the wall. Which means I need to buy a new net. This net was the cheapest Spalding net I found at Wal-Mart.
How long have you been using your homemade tornado ball? Is it still in good condition?
Lol. I just must be good at breaking stuff. I saw the videos of your boot camp and they slam it on grass. I'll try it out again. So far I already tore two out of three nets which I bought. Only they cost me CDN $8. I really hope I won't break the next one...
Ross Enamit made a good homemade tornado ball. It will take more time for that though. Thanks for your time. I appreciate it.
Lol. That's right. I see the glass of water half filled, not half empty.
And just like Thomas Edison said "If I find 10,000 ways something won't work, I haven't failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward"

How long is the shoe string tying it off? Make sure it is long and thick. I've never had a problem with it falling out.

it looks like the same net I use. It was $5. I've been using it for more then a year and I use it in my bootcamps so it gets plenty of slams on it.
