i just started trying binaural beats and ive noticed for the ones i have tried, including this one, its more of a calming relaxing comfortable warm blanket where you kind of feel sleepy but you still have allot of energy. i plan on continuing and experimenting further with binaural beats (:

usually when i listen to a binaural beat i put on deadmau5 - strobe in the background, its a trance song which is 10:30 seconds long or something like that so it's perfect... try it out, pretty awesome

I am working right now, so the distractions were everywhere, but I tried my hardest to stay focused on the frequencies, and when the vid stopped, I could still hear the frequencies all around me and I felt chills throughout the whole video. I would love to try this again but with my eyes close and away from everything. Good job though, and it did give me a bit of a rush. Would be better though if I wasn't working.

Yes - they are very much different in both frequencies and technique. But what may increase brainwave activity in one may decrease in another. Everyone reacts differently.

What really gets the adrenaline going is getting deep into the effect and just stopping the sound and hearing nothing but silence - feels like falling hard!
