The point is how can you sit in judgement of someone when you don't even drive? No one knows he was street racing..I knew you where a boy from you first post I said you didnt drive or have a car..I hope when you get a car and start driving that you remember this when you have your first incident..and everyone has them be it an accident or near miss..you remember this and when it happens be thankful your name isnt on youtube with fools laughing at your misfortune.

Hi dagnut, everybody knows he was racing. Just google this: Murcielago switzerland racing crash. And the name of the driver was appeared on Turkey's biggest newspaper, Hürriyet. Even so, I'm removing it.

I am inclined to agree, i am a law student and i am quite certain that unless there is public record confirming what has been reported here, (and i'm not asserting that there is not) then it is liable and should have been posted. I too am slightly baffled at why the name of the driver was posted.

In reference to Gallardo, i will not comment on your age or driving ability, as that is all irrelevant, but i must point out that the law is on the side of dagnut here.

Yes, people DO make mistakes, forgetting to lock their door, forgetting to close the tabs, drink too much but street racing is wrong no matter how you look at it. First, it is illegal in, let me think, everywhere! and would you still be saying this if the event end up killing the whole family in Golf? Yes, maybe our fellow wasn't street racing, he might be "mistakenly" drove on the wrong side of the road with 2 other exotic cars and the Golf jumped out of no where. Lucky nothing seems too hard

I'm not condoning street racing I'm just saying don't post up the guys name based on a rumour..he may well have been street racing and if he was fcuk um he knew the risks but what if he just got it out of shape and hadn't the talent to get it back? a genuine accident
